TCNJ is committed to maintaining strong relationships with its alumni and longstanding supporters. The Office of Advancement Services promotes strong relationship building through close collaboration with Alumni Affairs, Development, Communications and College Relations professionals to make their outreach efforts more effective.
The key function of the Advancement Services team is to provide critical data and reporting to support the strategic direction of the College Advancement Division and campus-wide educational departments. The department maintains the college's alumni and donor database, conducts prospective donor research, plans and manages stewardship and provides customized reporting to campus leadership.
The Office of Advancement Services is responsible for donor privacy and confidentiality and is committed to the ethical collection and use of constituent information.
